The Contour's three foam layers give four height settings, the most adjustable design of the three CPAP pillows we compare. If your ideal loft sits between sizes, this is the pillow with the dials.
The EnduriMed has one removable insert, so you get two heights. Neither pillow guarantees a fit at the low end, though: the Contour's own cons list says its lowest setting is still too tall for some sleepers.
The Contour builds a tether into the crown, so the tube anchors above your head and rolling over pulls slack through the loop instead of tugging the mask. The Contour's own FAQ calls it the one feature neither rival offers.
The EnduriMed gives the tubing side channels and stops there. Its own use-case notes rate it only ok for hose-drag sufferers for exactly that reason.
The EnduriMed is the firmest of the three CPAP pillows we compare, and that is deliberate: soft foam that collapses lets the pillow creep back against the mask overnight. Owners with heavier heads or worn-out soft pillows call the firmness its best feature; plush-pillow people return it.
The Contour offers a choice of surfaces, cool mesh or plush, which is an answer to the firmness argument rather than a side in it. The trade, as our CPAP pillow guide notes, is that the plush side packs down over time in a way the foam side does not.

Both list side, back and stomach sleeping. The EnduriMed's removable insert drops the height for it, while the Contour's own cons note its lowest setting is still too tall for some. If you cannot hold a seal on your stomach, ask your sleep specialist or DME provider about mask styles suited to that position.
