MedCline builds positioning systems for acid reflux, and this is their general-purpose body pillow: a J-shape in CertiPUR-US shredded memory foam you can remove to soften, sold in two sizes matched to your height rather than one-size-fits-all. It's aimed at sciatica, snoring, shoulder pressure and post-surgical side sleeping — the therapeutic end of the category, and the natural bridge from our CPAP and anti-snoring content. Two hard caveats: it arrives very firm, and opened pillows cannot be returned at all.

Which size do I need?
MedCline sizes by height, not bed: Small for under 5'2", Medium/Large for 5'2" and above. Getting this wrong is the most common complaint about the fit, and you can't return an opened pillow — measure before ordering.
Why does it arrive so firm?
It ships overfilled by design so you can tune it down. Most reviewers remove a meaningful amount of shredded foam before it becomes comfortable. Keep what you take out; you can't add more later.
Is this the reflux wedge system?
No. MedCline's reflux relief system is a separate wedge-and-arm-pocket product. This is their general therapeutic body pillow — useful for side-sleeping comfort, but not the acid-reflux positioning device.
What's the catch on returns?
Only unopened items are refundable — once you open it, it's yours. For a $119+ pillow that's unusually strict, and it's the main reason to be certain about size and firmness preference before ordering.
