Is this just the Coop Original pillow, longer?
Same adjustable cross-cut memory foam system and Lulltra cover, in a 20×54 bolster. If the head pillow's add-remove-fill approach worked for you, this behaves the same way between the knees and under the arm.
Body pillow or U-shaped pregnancy pillow?
A straight body pillow supports the front of your body and knees while leaving your back open — and takes roughly a third of the bed a U-shape does. Choose the U-shape if you want simultaneous back support; choose this if you share a bed or want adjustability.
How much fill should I remove?
Start by removing enough that the pillow compresses to about the width of your knee gap when you lie on your side. Coop ships extra fill deliberately; most people take some out. Keep what you remove — there's no bag included, so use a zip bag.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Coop markets body-pillow support for side sleeping, which is the position recommended in pregnancy, and sells a dedicated maternity edition. This is general comfort guidance, not medical advice — ask your provider about your own positioning.
