Yes, the Coop Original is worth it for most people, because it is the rare pillow you can fix rather than replace. It comes with extra fill included, so you tune the loft to your shoulder width and sleep position instead of guessing at a fixed height in a shop.
Who it's for
Anyone who has bought two or three pillows and still wakes with neck ache, and anyone who changes position through the night. Loft — the height of the pillow under your head — is the variable that decides whether your neck stays neutral, and it depends on your shoulder width, your mattress firmness and which side you sleep on. A fixed-loft pillow is a bet on all three. This one lets you remove fill by the handful until it is right, which is why it suits combo sleepers and people between sizes better than anything at this price.
Best for you if…
Side sleeping needs the most loft to fill the gap between ear and shoulder, and this is the position where a fixed-height pillow most often fails. Add fill rather than stacking two pillows.
One loft that compromises between positions is exactly what shredded fill does well — it moves under you instead of holding a single shape.
