Casper Original Pillow is a two-layer design: a soft outer pillow surrounds a firmer inner pillow. The result feels like a plush down pillow with real neck support underneath. Down alternative fill (hypoallergenic). Fully machine-washable (unusual for a two-layer pillow). Casper lists Standard (which it says is also called queen) and King sizes. Casper's marketing pitch of 'pillow-in-pillow' is legit — it's a genuinely different feel.
