The deep dual-side cutouts exist exactly for this — maximum mask clearance where it matters.
The center section works on your back and the lower height setting helps, but the cutouts add nothing there.

Lunderg if you want two included pillowcases, one of them a cooling case; EnduriMed if you want the simpler pillow. Lunderg describes its own foam as quite firm, and owners describe the EnduriMed as firm too, so firmness is not the deciding difference. Both cut away the pillow on each side so a mask can clear it.
Does the Lunderg CPAP pillow work with a full-face mask?
Yes — the side cutouts are the whole point. They give the mask frame and cushion room so the pillow isn't pushing the seal into your face when you sleep on your side. Lunderg states it works with all mask types, including full-face, nasal, and nasal-pillow styles.
Will it stop my mask leaking?
