That makes it superb for concerts, gigs and drumming, and usable for light sleep if your goal is to take the edge off rather than seal out a snorer. It's reusable and washable with a sturdy carrying case, and ships with two shell sizes for different ears. But at ~16dB it's not a heavy blocker, it costs more than any sleep-first plug here, and the filter shell can protrude enough to bother strict side sleepers. Buy it for your ears at shows; enjoy the light-sleep use as a bonus.

Are Eargasm earplugs good for sleeping?
