Yes, as a Hatch+ feature. Hatch lists Time-for-Bed and Time-to-Rise cues among the membership features for Hatch Baby, and its app shows a daily nap and Time-to-Rise schedule. Three months of Hatch+ come with the device; after that the cue needs the membership.
Does Hatch Baby work without Hatch+?
Yes. More than 40 sleep sounds, every sleep light, daytime and solid-colour lights, nine wake-alarm sounds and Tuck-Ins are free. After the included three months, Hatch+ is needed for automatic sleep logging, sleep coaching, guides, tips and the extra music and story channels beyond the two free channels.
Does Hatch Baby need Wi-Fi or a battery?
Wi-Fi and the Hatch Sleep app are required for setup. The device has no battery and must remain plugged in with its adapter; Hatch points families who need a battery device to the Rest Go.
How do you use the Hatch Baby Big Button?
Choose a favourite sound-and-light combination in the app, then press the large top button to start it. Turn the knob to change volume and press and hold to turn the device off. Hatch recommends pink noise with amber light for newborns.
What happened to the Hatch Rest 2nd gen?
Amazon currently lists no offer for the Rest 2nd Gen, and Hatch now sells Hatch Baby in its place. The Rest+ 2nd Gen is a different, higher-priced model with a backup battery; this page does not link to it.
