The headband format solves the earbud problem differently: ultra-flat speakers sit inside a soft stretch band, so nothing enters your ear at all. MUSICOZY's is the volume leader — Bluetooth 5.4, a brand-rated battery life of up to 14 hours, washable band (electronics slide out) — and doubles as a light-blocking eye band if you pull it down. Audio quality is convincingly decent for spoken word and white noise; it won't satisfy for music detail, and bass sleepers on their side will still feel a slight pressure spot.

Headband vs earbuds — which should I pick?
If anything in your ear bothers you, the band wins by default. If you need real noise blocking from a snoring partner, earbuds with a seal (A20, Ozlo) work better — the band only adds masking audio.
Can I wash it?
Yes — the speaker module slides out of the band, and the fabric machine-washes. Do this; sleep fabric gets gross fast.
How's the sound quality?
Fine for podcasts, sleep stories, and white noise; thin for music. The speakers are optimized for flatness, not fidelity.
MUSICOZY vs Perytong?
